A brief report submitted to IQAC for preparation of college AQAR

The NSS Units (I & II) of Kabi Sukanta Mahavidyalaya in collaboration with the IQAC of the college hosted a Blood Donation & Free Health Check-up camp at the college premises on 12th April, 2022 with the active participation of all the stakeholders of the college and involvement of the people of the local community. In the presence of some eminent medical professionals, the purpose of this initiative was to raise people’s awareness of health issues among students and members of the local community to facilitate the early diagnosis and treatment of health-related ailment before they become more serious. The programme consisted of three events, namely,

1. Voluntary Blood Donation
2. Free Health Check-Up
3. Detection of Thalassemia disease

Charitable organizations such as “Chinsurah Aaloy Feraa” and “Charaka” from the Hooghly region took part in this noble endeavour as well. The following table shows the participation of stakeholders in these events on that day:
